Problems of technology in the Phillipines

1) Lack of funds for Computer Education especially in the rural areas
-- As a student, we could appeal or suggest to the Congress the advantages of having computers in education. Then, maybe when the higher officials knew about it, they would allot bigger funds for computer education. A simple petition could make a big difference.
2) Illiteracy of some teachers
-- Those who are educated in computer technology should pass on their knowledge to their fellow teachers. Also, they should educate traditional teachers in adjusting to the new technology of computers in education. In addition, those teachers that are learning computer technology should have an open mind in accepting these new ideas.
3) Use of technology in destroying a reputation of a person (Social  networking sites)
-- If possible, there should be a law concerning the use of social networking sites in monitoring the negative inputs that they share. (e.g.: In Twitter, bad mouthing a certain person) This could mean a hard job but it will protect a lot of people especially celebrities and public figures. In addition, users should be literate enough to control their posts and not use social networking sites in a bad way.
