Instructional Events


MOTIVATION
- energetic
- updated with the technology (what's new)
- can relate the course to the students in a fun way
** The teacher should be always active in such a way that the students would not find the course boring.

OBJECTIVES
- Open-minded
- looks at a bigger perspective
- knowledegable about new techniques in teaching
**  The teacher should have a good understanding of his course/subject and his students.

REVIEW OF PRIOR LEARNING

- knows how to revise the subject during his time (education before) and to the present
- compare old and new ideas
** The teacher should be flexible in accepting new ideas and not implementing his own ideas.



INFORMATION AND EXAMPLES
- can use new technologies/updated
- knows what his students like and dislikes
** The teacher should have the skills in using new technologies.

PRACTICE AND FEEDBACK

- Open minded
- Willingness to accept suggestions
- Knows new techniques in teaching strategies
** The teacher should be humble enough to listen to his students' opinions.


APPLICATION AND SUMMARY

- Apply the feedbacks from the students
- Able to relate the past experience and apply it in the next meeting
** The teacher should be able to absorb new ideas and excute it.
